Blogging and One Night Stand

December 19, 2009 • Posted in: Funny, Stop & Think

Damn, it’s Sunday, and still 6 o’clock, what the hell am I doing right now in front of computer?? Don’t you see that sexy lady on the bed?? Calling you desperately to get in bed!! And yet, you’re sitting on the chair beside the bed!! Humh, I’m getting better with “bed” word..

Hoaaaaaaammmmmhhh…yawning..

Well, what should I talk about now?? Aaahh, couple days ago, my friend saw me thinking very hard, erm….more likely frustrated while blogging. He said, “If you don’t have any idea thing to write, then don’t write!!“, or something like that. So what do you think about that??

According to my friend, and I believe for most of you guys……….and ladies (I start to forget that I still have female friends out there), blogging has a strong relationship with creativity or experience. So when you got that “ting-tong” moment, then you start writing. And usually you write it great, at least good. Like another of my friend said, “Life experiences are unlimited inspiration to write a blog!!“.

So, since you are reading “rikipribadi.com” not “rikipribadi-friends.com”, I’m entitled to tell you my point of view, taraaahh:

Blogging is supposed to be fun, free, challenging, come-and-go, exciting, no hurt-feeling, urm…..urm…..urm….. Ok….this is the best analogy that I’ve found, blogging is supposed to be like a one-night-stand, not marriage.

That tells a lot!!

Today happens to be your fun day. On that day you are free to do anything you want to do. And your mind says, “Let’s do something challenging“. Then you go to a bar, scanning for every sexy ladies there, watching them come-and-go. And when you found your target, tell her your best pick-up lines combine with alcohol, then…”ting-tong” there you go, your exciting night begins. In short, you went to, either yours or her place, and around 5-6-or-7 you/she sneak out with no hurt-feeling.

Meanwhile, by marriage, you are not free. You have obligations. You act responsible. Even if you don’t want to. Because it’s not about you-and-your-penis anymore. Bottom line is, you can’t survive if you do something only when you want it. You can’t say to your family, “I don’t think I want to give you my salary this month, I want to buy PS3!!” or can you?? Humm…Here is the reason why you can’t do it:

A, because is not responsible, and since you are a family guy, you need to act responsible. And B, seriously, you need your whole salary to buy PS3?? Damn!!

Now enough with that, let’s go back to earth, to our original topic.

I don’t want to write only when I have something in mind or in the mood. I want to be able to do it whenever I want to do it. I don’t want to write as a reaction, I want to write because I simply can. I can say that this is one of my ways to take a full control of my self. So as frustrating as it looks, I hope I’m one step closer.

Heh, time to grab some breakfast!!
